The next amendment to the United States Constitution, so we pray to you oh Lord. For Death Penalty to be eradicated, as a poison that destroys the values these constitutions stand for, which is the respect for the dignity of the human person and the sanctity of life, a gift to all from above. Hence, the power of committee moves to a ratification of this constitutional amendment and put to practice in the States the Union ipso facto, immediately abolish death penalty.
