como fiel católico residente en la diócesis de .........
Le dirijo mi más sentida súplica para que, como prevé el can. 213 - (Los fieles tienen derecho a recibir de los sagrados Pastores los auxilios derivados de los bienes espirituales de la Iglesia, especialmente de la palabra de Dios y de los SACRAMENTOS), se me conceda el derecho de poder participar en la Santa Misa celebrada en comunión con el legítimo Vicario de Cristo Benedicto XVI, único titular del Munus Petrino nunca revocado.
El Sagrado Magisterio de la Iglesia explica, es una gran VERDAD de la fe que:
“En la celebración eucarística, sólo en la comunión con el Papa hay comunión con Cristo”. (10 de julio Mons. Ratzinger 1977); Verdad de fe reafirmada por el entonces Card. Ratzinger también en 1998 en “PRIMATO DEL SUCCESSORE DI PIETRO", y por el Papa Juan Pablo II a través de la encíclica "ECCLESIAE DE EUCHARISTIA" nº 39.
No hay duda de que el Papa legítimo sigue siendo Benedicto XVI, así lo demuestra su Declaratio en latín del 11 de febrero de 2013, en la que el Santo Padre afirma que sólo renuncia al “EJERCICIO DEL PODER” (ministerium), pero no al “TÍTULO PAPAL” (Munus Petrinum), como en cambio prevé el can. 33§2, encontrándose así en SEDE IMPEDITA dentro de los muros vaticanos. (can. 412 y can. 335).
Está claro, por tanto, que el acto del Santo Padre, experto en Derecho Canónico y refinado latinista, nunca pudo ser una renuncia al papado por ERROR INVALIDANTE, y de esta forma el cónclave posterior fue completamente nulo, incluida la elección del Card. Bergoglio, que como ahora carece del Munus Petrino, no puede ser Papa.
Por lo tanto, como soy plenamente consciente de que el Papa legítimo sigue siendo Benedicto XVI, y como la Iglesia nunca ha desmentido los estudios jurídicos publicados en varios idiomas, las investigaciones periodísticas, las protestas y las declaraciones muy serias de los clérigos (obispos y sacerdotes), nunca podría asistir a la misa en comunión con un antipapa.

Comprendo que no le resulte fácil salir a la luz y abrazar la cruz a la que Jesús quiere asociarlo junto a quienes, por amor a Él y a las almas, tienen la valentía de reconocerle en la persona de su único Vicario en la tierra, Benedicto XVI, pero lo exhorto encarecidamente a reflexionar sobre el valor infinito de vuestra misión sacerdotal que Cristo le ha confiado.
Como explica el Papa San Pío X:
“EL SACERDOCIO CATÓLICO ES NECESARIO EN LA IGLESIA; pues sin él los fieles se verían privados del Santo Sacrificio de la Misa y de la mayor parte de los sacramentos, no tendrían quien les enseñara en la fe y quedarían como ovejas sin pastor a merced de los lobos, en fin, para nosotros la Iglesia tal como la instituyó Jesucristo YA NO EXISTIRÍA."(Catecismo Mayor -821)

Mientras tanto, pido al Espíritu Santo que infunda sobre usted y sus cohermanos el amor y el valor necesarios, para que Jesucristo vuelva pronto a gobernar su Iglesia junto con su siervo y nuestro Papa BENEDICTO XVI, también porque no es Dios quien debe adaptarse a los tiempos, sino que es el hombre quien debe plegarse a sus leyes.

I address my heartfelt appeal to you so that, as foreseen by Can. 213 - (The faithful have the right to receive from the sacred Pastors the help deriving from the spiritual goods of the Church, especially from the word of God and the SACRAMENTS), I am granted the right to be able to participate in the Holy Mass celebrated in communion with the legitimate vicar of Christ Benedict XVI, the only holder of the Petrine Munus never revoked.
The Sacred Magisterium of the Church explains, it is a great TRUTH of faith that:

I can understand that it is not easy for you to come out into the open and embrace the cross with which Jesus wishes to associate you together with those who, for love of Him and of souls, have the courage to recognize Him in the person of His only Vicar on earth, Benedict XVI, but I warmly urge you to reflect on the infinite value of your priestly mission that Christ has entrusted to you.
As Pope Saint Pius X explains:
“THE CATHOLIC PRIESTHOOD IS NECESSARY IN THE CHURCH; because without it the faithful would be deprived of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and most of the sacraments, they would have no one who taught them in the faith and would remain like sheep without a shepherd at the mercy of wolves, to say the least, for us the Church would NO longer exist as Jesus Christ instituted it ". (Major Catechism -821)
