Dysfunctional Systems

A system without feedback is a dysfunctional system, unable to make corrections to make itself better. Hence, a compartmentalized system ruled from above without any feedback from its members is doomed to fail.

Imagine a human being and a brain who only sends signals to parts of its body; but a system that blocks all input coming back from its members to the head. So, if a leg brakes down the head keeps on giving signals to the leg to move, not knowing the leg is impaired. Can it keep on walking, or is it going to fall?

Hence, any leadership without wise advise is doomed to fail. Communication both ways, from the head to its members, and back, is essential for a system to work properly.

Let’s imitate how the human body works and apply those principals to a system. Head and all parts of the body need two way communication, otherwise the system will fail.
